Our over the phone estimate will be our lowest estimate of value based on the information you provide us. Think of it as a worst-case estimate. If you are ok with that number, we will ask that you go ahead and ship your metals to us (we recommend insured shipping) for a real evaluation. Once we have your valuables in our hands, we will evaluate them and contact you with an updated value. Hopefully this value will be HIGHER than our worst-case evaluation, but at times, if the information you provided us is incorrect, it may be lower. Once you have this new value you can decide if you would like to sell to us. If your answer is yes, we will make payment arrangements. If the answer is no, we will promptly ship your items back to you. The only thing we ask is that you pay for the shipping.
